GEN-I Zagreb co-signs cooperation agreement on measures to fight energy poverty

GEN-I Zagreb is among the co-signers of the Croatian Government's Cooperation Agreement on Measures to Combat Energy Poverty.  By signing the Agreement, GEN-I Zagreb is trying to provide support to its customers, disadvantaged energy buyers who due to their social status and/or medical condition have the right to special protection. The Agreement comes into effect in October 2015 and the customers of the "Jeftina struja" brand who are currently registered in the welfare system as users of the guaranteed minimal fee can use a voucher worth up to HRK 200 to cover electricity expenses.

On behalf of GEN-I Zagreb the Agreement was signed by Robert Golob, President of the Management Board, who pointed out that the introduction of these measures shall not cause a rise in electricity prices.
